Developmental design

For leadership development to be successful, it cannot be constructed haphazardly. Like a skyscraper, a well-designed foundation must be laid first, followed by the right materials at the right time. All with a specific end-goals in mind. Youth Leadership Academy does this by customizing your child's development plan based on his/her personalized YLA Early Leadership Assessment. The monthly materials you recieve will be customized to focuse specifically on your child's plan and goals.
